I had purchased a new Iphone16 and needed to connect my hearing aids to the new phone. Your rep did an excellent job and was very patient with me. It was a successful connection.

The audiologist was great, there was no delay. Dana cleaned and updated my hearing aids after she asked how I enjoyed them. We discussed a possible adjustment and then we were done. Dana was very professional as well as pleasant.
